The Trekstock charity began in 2009, when Founder Sophie Epstone noticed a huge gap in support services offered to people diagnosed with cancer in their 20s and 30s.
Since then, the charity has evolved to offer support to people in their 40s too, and through tailored exercise and wellbeing programmes, we empower individuals to reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their identities, and rejoin the rhythm of life. Our support covers fitness, nutrition, rest, and rehabilitation, ensuring continuous support from diagnosis to recovery, because cancer doesn’t stop when treatment ends.
Trekstock Merch is a range of limited edition T-shirts designed in collaboration with some of the world’s biggest artists and musicians. 100% of profits from every Trekstock Merch sale go directly towards making a difference in the lives of people diagnosed with cancer in their 20s, 30s or 40s. We’re proud to work with an incredible lineup of artists, including bands like The Killers and Idles to solo artists like Tom Odell and Birdy, and we’re hugely grateful for their support.
