We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days of your order arriving and include your order details, a description and photos of the item(s) if they are faulty.
Unfortunately, as all our products are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for incorrect sizes so please make sure you check the sizing guide before making your purchase.
Please note, we also can not be held responsible for any shipment that may be lost in transit or held at customs. Should there be a customs charge on your order, you will receive a notification from the shipping service provider and you will need to make a payment in order to collect your item(s).
